Hours and Fees
We offer flexible session times to suit your child’s needs. Children can attend morning, afternoon, or full-day sessions from the term after their second birthday.
Session Times
- Morning Session (with mid-morning snack) – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Session (with packed lunch) – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM*
- Lunch Break – 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
*Tuesday and Friday afternoon sessions are specially designed for children in their final preschool year, focusing on school readiness skills.
Lunch Clubs
Lunch clubs provide a great opportunity for children to socialise while eating their packed lunch. We follow a healthy eating policy, so please avoid fizzy drinks, sweets, peanuts, or peanut-based products, as some children have allergies.
After lunch, we offer quiet activities while the room is reset for play. Lunch clubs run from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM daily, but please note that we cannot heat up food.
If you’d like, you can send a toothbrush and toothpaste in your child’s lunchbox so they can clean their teeth after eating.
Hourly Rates
- Children aged 3 and over: £5.20 per hour
- Two-year-olds: £6.00 per hour (from 01/11/2023)
Bills are sent out monthly. We accept payments through the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.
Funding Options
The term after your child turns three, they are eligible for 15 hours of government-funded childcare per week.
We also offer:
- Additional funded hours for working families with two- and three-year-olds.
- The ‘Funded Two’ scheme for eligible families.
If your child qualifies for funding, the preschool manager will provide the necessary paperwork.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a funded place, as notice may be required to adjust your funding correctly.
